 Went to Parramatta dealership, everyone I dealt with were easy going, happy, helpful and not pushy. I definitely recommend buying a car here. Whole process has been smooth and stress free - not sure I can think of any negatives.

Friday afternoon, we had finished work early and my wife suggested we have a look at upgrading our work ute. We needed a ute that we could use for work and for the family. 
First stop was Ozcar Wollongong, they have only recently opened. On arrival we were greeted by Chris, a Wollongong local, he asked what we were looking for, we told him, he showed us a few utes, explained the pros and cons and offered to take us for a test drive while our trade in was evaluated.
What a simple transaction, had a fair deal on the trade and the weekly repayments were good. Thank you to Chris, Sam and Carl in finance for looking after us.

I have recently ventured out to purchase a pre-loved car on a limited budget. I arrived at Australian Fleet's Parramatta yard and was greated by a very helpful young salesman, Wade. He enquired what I was hoping to achieve and budget restraints. When nothing suitable was found in the Parramatta yard a suitable vehicle was soon located at their headquarters. Wade then drove us to the car's location and a test drive was organised. Australian Fleet also offered my big dollars for my little trade in! I was impressed with the car and was happy to go ahead with the purchase. Unfortunately I found out during the test drive that the triptronic was faulty. Australian Fleet Sales organised the repair and even provided me with a fantastic loan car whilst I waited for the completion of the repairs. In addition the car was not handed over to me until Australian Fleet Sales was satisfied that the problem was solved and the vehicle had been detailed to just about showroom condition. Great customer service and fantastic value for money! Thank you guys!

Went into Cardiff yard as a returning customer with the car that i had bought a few years back, Jacob came out and had a chat with me. I told him the situation on the car i had brought in, my financial and personal situation and what i was looking for. We went through the usual stuff, the trade in price on the car, had a look around the yard, nothing there that was within my budget grabbed my eye so we went inside and Jacob did some investigating at other yards and found exactly what i was looking for, only issue was the car he had found was in Dubbo. He got the car delivered to Cardiff the next day, went for a drive and i fell in love! Paperwork done, Finance done and drove home in my new car the next day. I cant thank Jacob and Ben enough for all their help, nothing was too hard for them, they did everything they could to ensure i had what i wanted and i left happy, even managed to get me a ripper deal!! Especially Jacob, i took my 3 year old daughter with me on the first day i went in and she was excited to look around, and when we were inside on the computer Jacob got a big notepad and some markers and she was in her element drawing away and having fun, he even made sure she liked the car before asking me :) I will definately be back for another car when i need another upgrade, and will definately be back for regular servicing! Thanks again boys....

To all the staff at Cardiff a very big thank you. Jacob the salesman very helpful. When it came to my purchase nothing was to much trouble. This is the second car I have purchased through AFS and both experiences have been very enjoyable. This will not be the last purchase I make through OzCar (AFS) and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Jason, Ian and Nikia were superb in handling what I wanted in the car i wanted to getting finance they were great and treated me well.

Great Customer service at Parramatta AFS and a professional handling of finance. Traded in my old car and drove out in my new car within an hour on a Sunday afternoon!
