I recently traded in my Kluger and purchased an I 20 at ASF Cardiff. The customer service was excellent and was the reason I pursued the transaction so confidently. I did not feel pressured or overwhelmed and the whole process was quick and easy. They have a new customer for life.

We bought our new car from Penrith OzCar and cannot recommend Anthony and the team enough. My partner browsed the yard and although they didn't have the car we were after right there, they did have it in stock at the Dubbo yard. The car was brought down for us to see as soon as possible. Apart from the car being perfect, Anthony and the team exceeded our expectations at every turn. Nothing was too much or too hard, from making sure I had a glass of water to getting us a fantastic deal on our trade-ins, the entire team was super friendly! It felt as though you were immediately among friends. Five stars!

After a day of doing the rounds of local car yards found our way late in the afternoon at the OzCar Dealership at Penrith and was greeted by a Friendly guy named Lee who showed us around the cars after a while he showed us Car that was a bit above my budget but told me we'll look after you and take it for a test drive and see what you think so we did and wow love at first drive, So we are now the owners so i would like to thank the Team at Penrith for looking after us Lee,Anthony and Nicole and the other guy's can not remember their names Thanks very much Guy's what a Fantastic Team.

 Firstly, I would like to thank the OzCar management for investing in training and development in your staff to provide the customer experience you should expect when arriving on the yard.

Secondly, the courtesy and professionalism from Shane Varkloy (acting manager at parramatta ) when we brought two cars and the following week we brought another two from Jigar (Branch Manager) both gentlemen made the transition seamless and enjoyable with our purchases.

And last but not least Sunny the Front man, who undisputedly deserves recognition for always delivering the best possible service to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a reflection of his characteristics as a genuine man who goes beyond the call of duty.
