I came into ozcar about a week earlier and there wasnt exactly what i wanted or in my price range and i left my details, a few days later i recieved a call saying that there was a car on the lot that suited what i wanted. It was the car that i wanted.
I recieved a fair price for my trade in and was happy with that.
But on the test drive i noticed the steering wheel shuttered when going over 80km/h. When telling the staff they agreed to check the car and pay for any problems/repairs.
Also within a week of having the car i got a flat battery. The next day ozcar came out and replaced the battery for me for free.
Over all i can say that i am happy with my new car, my trade in price, the customer service and the whole experience.

 Very happy with my new car! Rodney at Parramatta was very patient and helpful with us and found us a great car. He even drove us to different yard to check out another car. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly as well.

 So I purchased a car from oz car Cardiff recently, and just wanted to say that they made everything really easy and simple. They sorted everything out to make my purchase stress free :) definitely worth the spontaneous decision to visit.

i just traded in a car and bought a new one from OzCar and am still impressed by the service and quality of cars. This is my second car I have bought through them and I doubt it will be the last. I cannot recommend the team at Cardiff especially Jacob who answered all my questions, took me on a huge test drive to make sure I was comfortable with the car and got me enough to pay out the loan on my existing car. I have already told other people about the yard and I am sure that they will be heading out there when it is time for their new car.

Friday afternoon, we had finished work early and my wife suggested we have a look at upgrading our work ute. We needed a ute that we could use for work and for the family. 
First stop was Ozcar Wollongong, they have only recently opened. On arrival we were greeted by Chris, a Wollongong local, he asked what we were looking for, we told him, he showed us a few utes, explained the pros and cons and offered to take us for a test drive while our trade in was evaluated.
What a simple transaction, had a fair deal on the trade and the weekly repayments were good. Thank you to Chris, Sam and Carl in finance for looking after us.

My Nissan tiida was only 4 months old to me & unfortunately was a total loss on Christmas day. Once the insurance was sorted I headed to Parramatta ozcar where I got the tiida, I was greeted what are you doing back.. I was show 3 cars in price range and my particular s of wants & needs. I choose the second car I test drove I was able to test drive it over Australia day weekend & purchased the Nissan altima I'm one very happy customer again with the help of a diligent & nothing is impossible sales team .

This is the second time we have purchased a vehicle from there within 18 months. They are a great team of people. Both knowledgeable and switched on.

They were patient and not pushy to make a sale which is really important when you are forking out big dollars. You want to make the right choice the first time.
